Background:  IBM had over 1 Million webpages, all with different designs and customer journeys.  On top of that, they had 7 different ecommerce experiences and cart.

Solution:

Dave partnered with the Chief Digital Officer, Kevin Eagan, to deliver the following:

  • Redesign / Reimagine all IBM sites/pages in a dramatically improved customer experience

  • Consolidate 7 buying experiences and carts into one universal marketplace

  • Introduce Watson Search & curated results

  • Introduce the concept of "My IBM"

Background:  With a growing marketplace with SaaS offerings, there was no way to quickly engage with an IBM expert to help in the customer buying decision.

 

Solution:  Summit24 designed, oversaw and Implemented a live "IBM Digital Advisor" on Bluemix and other solutions to help is decision-making

Summit24 was called in to help market and fine-tune their CashFlowTool SaaS service to turn it into a "must-have" companion for QuickBooks

The results speak for themselves.  CashFlowTool (CFT) became:

  • The #1 rated cash flow app in the QuickBooks marketplace

  • Dave brokered a deal with Visa to deliver CFT to their business customers

  • Dave brokered a deal with multiple cloud-hosting providers to provide CFT to their customers

  • Dave built 2 online courses to educate and excite CFT customers

  • Dave oversaw the creation of their hero explainer video

  • Dave oversaw the complete redesign of CashFlowTool.com as well as countless hero features in the CFT SaaS offering
